Join T5D's Asher Packman alongside fellow certified Wim Hof Method instructor Matt Radford as they take you through a method that involves breathing, meditation and a life-affirming dip in the ice. These three elements combine to put you back in touch with your own true nature, alkalising and super-charging your body to bring about tremendous benefits to the immune, nervous and lymphatic systems.
The afternoon begins with a personal introduction to Asher and Matt, whose journeys with blood cancer and shared outlook on life bonded them during their training with Wim Hof himself.
Asher - the current president of Meditation Australia and a certified HeartMath coach - will begin with some heart-conscious meditation techniques to ready you for the 'Breath & Ice Experience' led by Matt, a physiotherapist, acupuncturist and traditional Chinese medicine doctor with over 30 years of clinical experience.
You will learn powerful techniques that allow you to gain control of your strength, health and happiness, discovering how to influence the inner workings of your body and elevate your human potential.
Through this simple practice you can:
- Reduce inflammation
- Improve mood and cognitive function
- Increase cardiovascular performance
- Maintain heart health
- Strengthen the immune system
- Balance the body's stress response

- A detailed description of the techniques to take away
- A ‘Licence to Chill’ keyring which enables you to use our onsite ice bath and attend our weekly ‘Community Ice Flow’
