'Wim Gym' Chill Out

David is now hosting Wim Hof Method sessions every Sunday morning at The Fifth Direction in Albert Park, beginning at 7am.

Experienced practitioners can come and use the space to breath, meditate and immerse in the ice, with David (and often other certified instructors) on hand to answer any questions and facilitate.

Newcomers are also welcome with prior arrangement through David to ensure they receive the correct introduction and training. 

The Wim Hof Method is a technique that is comprised of three primary components: breathing exercises, focused meditation and cold exposure. These elements combine to put you back in touch with your chemistry and your own true nature, alkalising and super-charging your body to bring about tremendous benefits to the immune, nervous and lymphatic systems. Additionally, the technique has a significant impact on inflammation which research shows can improve depression and anxiety, auto-immune disorders and much more.
